We grow our own Hops. The idea is to grow enough to use majority of our own hops in our own beers. We currently grow a local variety we acquired in The Drakensberg called 'Drak Gold' as well as Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Krakanup, NAK and Triple Pearl.
